Reinventing Our Service Department: Benoit Motors’ Exciting Changes Ahead

At Benoit Motors, we’re always striving to provide our valued customers with the best automotive experience possible. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce some exciting changes coming to our service departments that will revolutionize your vehicle ownership experience.

Starting in October 2023 and running through December 2023, when you purchase a vehicle at any of our Benoit Motors stores, including Benoit Ford, Benoit Nissan, and Benoit CDJR, you’ll receive three years of complimentary maintenance. That’s right – three years of free oil changes and tire rotations to keep your vehicle running smoothly and efficiently.

But that’s just the beginning of what we have in store for you. In November 2023, we will be launching our Ford Pick-Up and Delivery service and our Nissan Mobile units, taking convenience to a whole new level.

Ford Pick-Up and Delivery:

Our Ford Pick-Up and Delivery service is designed to make servicing your vehicle as hassle-free as possible. Our Ford Escape drivers will pick up your vehicle from your location, bring it to our service center for your scheduled maintenance or repairs, and then return it to you once the work is done. You won’t have to worry about finding time to drop off or pick up your vehicle – we’ll handle it all. Learn more here with Ford!

Nissan Mobile Units:

For Nissan owners, we’re introducing our Nissan Mobile units, equipped to provide quick and easy mobile repairs right in your driveway. Whether it’s a minor repair or routine maintenance, our Nissan Frontier mobile unit will come to you, saving you time and effort. No need to visit the service center – we’ll bring the service to your doorstep.

Ford Service Center in Deridder:

We’re proud to announce the construction of a beautiful new Ford Service Center located south of Deridder on 171. This facility is designed to serve our valued customers in the southern parts of Beauregard Parish and Northern Calcasieu Parish. Construction will commence in the summer of 2024, and we can’t wait to show you what’s in store.

Key Features of Our Upcoming Ford Service Center:

• Eight Bays: Our state-of-the-art service center will feature eight bays, ensuring faster and more efficient service for your Ford vehicle.
• Café Area: While you wait for your vehicle to be serviced, you can relax in our comfortable café area, enjoying refreshments and amenities.
• Lounge Area: We want your service experience to be as pleasant as possible, which is why we’ll have a dedicated lounge area for our service customers.
